        This is the most comfortable bed ever in all of Germany. Seriously. I woke up rested and refreshed before my alarm (this NEVER happens to me) and realized I still had more time to rest. It was glorious. The lobby and my room were both extremely clean. Friendly helpful staff at the desk, they gave me a free postcard and tried to help me with overseas postage. Make sure to check out the seating area and look down! There's a glass floor and old foundation under the lobby. Very cool.

        It is easy to get by bus. Nice staff and yummy breakfast! Next time, we need to ask (strongly) for a paper payment bill. It was not sent to our emails, and we needed it as travel documents at work.

        Spacious room with good amenities. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay, was close to public transport from the main train station and walking distance to many museums.

        Very nice apartment, bed, bathroom, desk, tv, and also with a nice kitchen. We also used the laundry machines. Really great, and it's very near the Museum Island.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
