        Everything over here in Capri by Fraser Johor baru has been nothing but a wonderful experience and definitely a memorable one , with the stay and getting the opportunity of a free upgrade to Studio executive King , the process of check in was easy, the employees was very welcoming to new guests , to the dining experience served by Juju and raj was very good. The food served here was fine and there's plenty of choice to choose from. Definitely a place to recommend for anyone who wants a day to relax alone or with family. Thank you once again for the amazing experience , really grateful for the stay and will surely visit here again one day . 😊

        It started with not a such a good experience. The check in that we sent forward was not experience (but not his problem), as his manager also took so long to do the check in and blamed the system was lagged, although other counters who came already completed. On the 2nd day, my friend in room 2802 had a shocked when they were taking an afternoon nap. Another couple who just checked in entered their room, with another card that showed exactly same room. When we feedback to reception on that day, they did not apologized but said they will check and mostly a system glitched. Another manager blaming the system. When checking out, we checked again, this time the manager blamed everyone else other than reception 1) it could have been the cleaner - my friend insisted not so as they spoke to the couple 2) the couple went to wrong room - my friend said that cannot be true as the card stated the room 2802 and the card accessed the room. No apologies again! My suggestion is to train the front desk to handle customers more appropriately and if your system is a problem, fix it or change it. The breakfast was a good spread and the reception was good but the cleanliness is terrible. They clean the table and sweep the dirt to the floor OMG.         Booked an executive king studio and the room was really spacious, and relatively clean. I wrote in to ask about getting a birthday cake for my wife, and they gave us a free slice of cake upon check in, with our aircon already on for us. Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices, and service staffs were really friendly. Gym was decently equipped with bench and free weights up to 20kg. Outdoor pool as well as a spin and play where it’s laundry area with a PS4. Some areas for improvements: 1. Car park. Really very limited for hotel guests despite this being a 40 storey hotel. Guests only can park at red lots but it was less than 50? And quite troublesome every time you enter/leave as you will need to collect a ticket and have it validated at the lobby before leaving. Can consider opening up more lots and streamline the process for re entrance. 2. Amenities within the room not replenished. There was no more conditioner and tissue box was almost empty when we checked in. Though staffs were prompt to refill them.

        Great value for money and an oasis after our journey from Singapore airport on public transport on a very busy Friday night! Room very well equipped (fridge, kettle etc) and incredibly comfortable bed. Location good for us as by the station though somewhat hard to walk to (only 5 mins so no point getting a taxi!) as not an obvious route, even using Google maps! (Google suggested a 30 min route?!)

        Stayed for two nights in a Studio Executive King size room. Rooms were modern and well-appointed, with good soundproofing. Nice details - e.g. touch switch on the mirror to adjust lighting settings, provision of body lotion, a stylish and user-friendly toothbrush. Breakfast spread was substantial, with eastern and western delights. Bus service to JB City Square Mall ran on time and bus was clean. Check in was smooth. Staff seemed happy to work here. Asked for an anniversary surprise for my wife and the housekeeping provided cake and folded swans on the bed. Keep up the good work!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
