Overall my stay was comfortable. For the value, you’ll be staying at a Traditional capsule hotel that’s a bit dated but every amenity works. The hotel is conveniently located near a few stations and restaurants. Quite easy to get to the airport too. The staff were also friendly, so I didn’t have any issues. You’ll also be provided clean clothes, a change of toothbrush and a towel every evening. The only complaint I have is that sometimes guests can be loud. But overall, i also felt very safe

It's acceptable for solo travellers staying a few days only. There's limited room at reception for luggage, but otherwise it's best to travel light if you consider this place. It's mostly Japanese businessmen and value travellers who come here with some foreign backpackers. The shared shower and bath for men in the basement floor shows a lot of wear. The pods are decades old with only a thin roll down curtain for privacy. These aren't super high tech ones built recently.

During the nights I stayed there, there was someone in the hotel who kept coughing and blowing their nose all night. I reflected it to the counter staff, but nothing was done. This lack of concern towards public health bothers me, especially in a capsule hotel where it's easy for diseases to spread. I was unable to sleep properly due to the person's coughing, and had to wear a mask when sleeping to prevent getting infected.
