        Overall, a great stay! Will we recommend it? Yes! Will we return? Yes! The staff members were all lovely, eager to help and to make your stay pleasant! The breakfast is great, fresh and tasty, you cannot ask for more options. Location - absolutely perfect! Good Wi-Fi range; good enough gym facilities and ironing room. The A/C was a bit problematic at one point, but dealt with it promptly by the members of staff! TV - not the greatest range of channels. Great comfy beds, quiet and relaxed atmosphere; we had a really good rest, although the hotel was fully booked! The rooms are not the biggest, but we weren’t expecting anything spacious, the size is mentioned in the room description so you would actually know what to expect! We stayed during the F1 GP week and the hotel offered us complementary drinks and snacks to get us into the F1 spirit which was a really nice touch. For a 4 stars hotel I do have slightly higher expectations such as: better housekeeping standards during the daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms and also the possibility of room service, by having a restaurant and a bar open, not just for breakfast.

        Updated and original as below: So after a week, you still have not yet stated out the reason of for ‘ACCEPTING THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT By only asking your client to provide the PIN in the back of the credit card’. Instead, you were still trying to argue that the payment itself was not over 1000 euros. It is funny that you are still not focusing on the main reason of how this incident happened. You cannot just blame every incidents without taking up the responsibility. Moreover, I feel so disrespectful for a hotel that can disclose other personal information online without asking for their approval. If that’s the way for how you operate a hotel and being a general manager of a hotel. You should be reconsidering of operating a hotel. I don’t think it is reasonable for a 4star hotel to act in this way. The way you and your staff handled this incident, represent the attitude and the way you would treat your customers in the same way. I cannot find any reasons that you would act in a different way even if this incident did not happen. ——————————————— It is funny that they left a comment below without mentioning the reason of accepting over a thousand Euro of “physical transaction” without checking of the credit card owner information. And you can check the other customer comments below about the staff in this hotel stole money from their personal luggage. It’s super sketchy. If I were you I would not be choosing this hotel. ————————————————————————— Be careful of this hotel, they would accept payment from someone who obviously not the credit card owner.         Best location, all the most see places nearby. 2 minutes to the metro & bus station. Breakfast is ideal. Friendly staff. I recommend it to everyone 💯
