One of the top hotel in Saigon. Best location in District 1, across the street from the Park Hyatt Hotel. Superb service. Renovated rooms, clean and comfortable. 5 star experience. Breakfast buffet is very complete. I highly recommend it and will return there on my following trips to HCMC.

I joined a party with the team on December 22 here. Due to work reasons, some of our team arrived late and had a bad experience. There are no staff members who care about the guests. The quality of the food is not good, the taste is not as good as last year. The dishes we ordered were not brought out. In addition, used dishes were not removed, we had to ask many times to have a spoon and fork to eat. At 9:00 pm, restaurants almost want to close even though service hours are until 10:00 pm. A bad experience and I will never come back here and advise my friends to stay away from here.

We enjoyed 6 nights at Caravelle Hotel on our first visit to Saigon. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the convenience of being able to exchange our currency at the posted bank rates at the front desk. Our room was in the Opera wing overlooking the Park. It was well appointed, with nice fluffy towels, soft bedding and a comfortable bed. The location is ideal for exploring all of Saigon & HCMC. Other travellers have commented that there was a musty odour in the room. We found that this was also true with our room but it was not too overpowering. The only negative was that the hot water for showers was at times inconsistent. Overall we would recommend!

Absolutely awful service. Had inquired about the hours of the Saigon Saigon Rooftop bar (one of the only reasons for booking this hotel) earlier that day and to see if I needed a reservation. After being told a reservation was not necessary and the hours of 4pm - 1am, We showed up after dinner to enjoy a drink before heading to bed for an early flight, and the bar was closed for a private event and would not let anyone up before 930pm. The "Signature Lounge" only offers tea, coffee, and water outside of select hours so could not get a drink there, even though they have a bar there and it is a paid service area. At check out, on our bill, we were charged for 2 nights of a room upgrade (We could have also recieved it for free since our Traveler "Gold Status" is supposed to come with them when able). That included the signature lounge and breakfast for 2 at about $55 USD per day. We only were at the hotel for 1 day worth of Breakfast and lounge use, but we were charged for 2 days of it. (Breakfast started at 6am, we checked out by 5:45am for a flight) I asked for the 1,450,000 Dong charge to come off of our bill for the 2nd charge and was told it wasn't possible, and even after explaining why that makes no sense I got nowhere. Room Service was slow and brought the wrong items, and took 30+ minutes to bring up the correct item. Room was decent though, decent size with comfortable bedding. TV a little outdated but otherwise room was good. Pool was large and had plenty of seating options, water was clean but the in pool seating was a little dirty itself. The pool was the best part of the hotel. Stay somewhere else, out of the multiple "5-Star" hotels we have stayed in during our time in SE Asia, this was the worst.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights - such an exceptional location but we had different views for the hotel. The rooms are carpeted and our room in particular smelt really bad due to poor ventilation and carpet not being cleaned regularly. The in-room dining and housekeeping staff were great but the front desk staff did not provide 5 star service on the few times we had interactions with them. Overall, this hotel could use some renovations to their rooms, train their front desk staff to provide better service and find a larger space for their breakfast buffet, as we arrived at 8am and many guests (including us) were moved to another area to have our breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
