I’m giving two stars for service only because of the cleaning lady. The receptionists were another story. One of them even tried to deceive us with a fake taxi. We asked him to order us a taxi in the morning of our flight. Since we are tourists we don’t know the local taxis, normal, but we know that the ride from the airport to the hotel was around 600 TL. He told us that the only way to get a taxi in the morning was to pay HIM 1000 TL. I was speechless. Up until this point, he pretended not to understand english, but after he figured I was angry at his idea of scamming us, he became fluent. Even after I got angry with him we still payed 1000 TL, which is almost twice the regular price, to the “taxi driver”. The car was a 20 years old Fiat with no air conditioning and the driver was texting on his phone throughout the whole ride. In name of the hotel’s image, please do something about the terrible receptionists.

Decent place to stay, room was clean, we had everything we need during a stay. The hotel location is pretty good, there are a lot of stores around and it's quite safe to walk around there from my point of view. Definetly recommend! However there are some problems in room, broken doors, holes in stretch ceiling, but the price was reasonable for this slight inconveniences

Very well managed. Superior management and staff. Extremely safe and clean. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I think hotels should be evaluated at the price point and this is a superior value. This is a family run establishment and all works smoothly. The cleaning staff also are superior and should be respected so if you stay here please be respectful of the staff and keep your rooms clean.

I stayed a month and really enjoyed my stay. Great location (close to Osman Bey Metro) for shopping, eating, and getting to main tourist sites; off a side street, and can be noisy during the day but at night relatively quiet and with the fan or a white noise app and their great beds, you'll be fine ;) The hottest water---absolutely wonderful. The staff is incredibly nice, super helpful. The heat works really well. The kitchen had basics (pot, pan, cups, kettle), enough for using the kitchen and staying in/saving money to eat there.

Wonderful hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything worked without problems. Shower is great. There is nice self laundry service available and water delivery. The staff are kind and helpful. Stayed here for most of the trip and was the best hotel I had been in this whole Istanbul trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
