Had an overall comfortable stay here for 5 days with family. However there are no plates cutlery and hot kettle in the room which is a basic necessity for any hotel. Was slightly disappointed with that. Breakfast is pretty decent.

I arrived here at 29/12/23 for the new years. This hotel has Free wifi, Pool, and several restaurants. The room was amazing, the bed was comfortable. My room came with a desk and a chair, and a nice lamp beside the bed. Food was great. For breakfast they had Eggs, Sausages, Bacon, Fruits, Cereal, Waffles, Bread & more. The selection of drinks were also great. Overall would recommend.

The rooms are big, bed was super comfortable. But no one warned Us that will be renovations on our floor. Such a tall hotel with many many floors they chose this floor for Us. We checked in very late night, so We couldn’t know. Morning though was surprising. I couldn’t speak on my phone, how loud it was. Will attach videos with my review. View is stunning from the hotel room. Bar/ restaurant/ lounge was big. It has table-pool and darts game for entertaining. The menu doesn’t have many choices of dishes, but was delicious. Location of the hotel is great and easy access to it. Big back side parking.

This is by far the worst 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in. The state of cleanliness is appalling. There were cockroaches on the bed. The lifts take forever to come and are overcrowded most of the time. The room while spacious hasn’t been looked into since 100 BC, what with older plug points, bathrooms with peeling tiles and no hairdryer. When asked for a hairdryer it took longer to come than to dry hair and that made us miss our morning activities. The front desk staff is highly disorganised and painful to deal with because they kept knocking and troubling in the middle of the night to confirm our extra night stay even when it was confirmed over the phone three times. Overall, other than the location, this hotel has little going for it. Hope this review forces the management to evaluate things.

You need to do something for your elevator things. The waiting time is too high and the staff is also using the same elevators though there is a service elevator which they can use to decreasing the waiting time for the guest. Also the check-in and check out process time should also be decreased. Other than that, everything is good.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
