A most pleasing experience. The hotel felt very modern and had everything you would expect. The staff was extremely attentive. Room was made twice during the day, each time to my surprise. The maids are like ghosts, you don’t see them but they get the job done perfectly. The breakfast had everything under the sun and was delicious. You could see the chef walking around being super attentive about what was going on to its domain. Concierge / lobby staff was exceptional. I would shop and stop to give them my bags, then go back to shopping. They took care of everything and it felt like a home for the few days I stayed there. I also used the spa which was excellent, and the pool while a bit shallow, was large and could accommodate the crowd. The view from my suite was spectacular, and I really enjoyed watching the building during the night. To conclude, the Cooling Tower bar, provided good atmosphere at acceptable decibel levels, with some excellent cocktail and very attentive staff.

Great hotel with excellent service. Highly recommend the club level. The staff at the lounge is great and they serve nice drinks as a good start of the evening. The pool is 30m so allows for a nice swim. Breakfasts is above average, well worth it. The rooftop bar serves great drinks and oysters

This is by far the nicest hotel I stayed in Thailand out of the three hotels. The location, the room, the features of the room and design are excellent. You can control the curtains opening and closing from the buttons next to the night stand. They have a Japanese style toilet that is warm and has massaging features. Giving it 4 stars because the toilet could been cleaner before being provided the room (they should have checked underneath the sit), the hotel room, and food could be a little more competitive. I found the buffet style breakfast to be boring and lacking taste. And if you didn’t include the breakfast option as part of your booking, they’ll make you pay a higher price 800+ baht. And they give you the bill before you have finished eating breakfast. Personally, I like the buffet style breakfast at Hotel Muse. Hotel Muse breakfast was colorful, tasty and had plenty of options at a fair price.

The rooms were amazing. Super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. Even though there are traffic jams always at Sukhumvit you can walk to great restaurants in the neighborhood in around 10 minutes. Very central. Close to the big shopping mall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
