Dangerous shower leak over the electrical appliances and power outlets and no hot water available during my stay. I tried desperately to get in contact after my early check out and was promised I would be contacted by the owners to discuss refund/compensation options but all subsequent calls and emails were ignored. Be very cautious booking accommodation here.

We didn't manage to be their guest, our flight was delayed, because of bad weather. We tried to talk with reception and to solve this uneasant situation, but unfortunately we spoke with 2 different people, who gave us 2 totally different answers to our request to change the date of our reservation. Very bad English, very hard communication, absolutely unprofessional behaviuor. I woulden't recommend this place and I wouldn't pay in advance any more. I would advice the manager of this hotel to pay attention to his employees, to check their work and to insist to be polite in front of the cusromers even if they need to refuse a request, they need to be polite! Anyway we will fly to Rome, but will never book this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
