The hotel's location is excellent, with a 20-minute walk to various spots, or a taxi (Bolt app) to the center costs around 5 lari. The rooms are superb, very clean, but there is street noise at night as it's situated in front of a busy street. The breakfast was okay but could use improvement with more options. The staff is fantastic—friendly and helpful. I loved it! Me and my friend had a great time and plan to come back.

For a 4 star hotel I had a great experience, the hotel is clean, breakfast is decent and the staff are all friendly with smiling faces. I like that the location is close to most tourist attractions & activities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling on budget.

When I first came to the room, the bathroom was not clean and the sheets were not new either. I told them to change the sheets but they didn't, I could still see the same stamps and they had old smell. And worst thing was that there were bugs in bed and under sheets. Who works on the reception was so rude and didn't bother. There is so much car and bikes noise too. I left the same night, I don't recommend it at all.

Room is well designed and furnished. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is sufficient and really tasteful. My stay was excellent and I liked how wonderful are the young staff and really enjoyed chatting with them. The food taste was exceptional and evey item was of high quality. The only negative point is the location which can't be improved.

It’s perfect and recommend when visiting Tiblisi. Mentioning that it’s close to Arab street, Freedoom Square and Europe Square in case you would like to enjoy walking and buy souvenirs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
