Great location and very nice staff, helped us with whatever we needed. A few minutes walk to every location we wanted in Gion and a few seconds walk from a bus station. Room was a bit bigger than the Japanese standard, but the bathroom was a bit small but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend.

We loved how clean and modern Carta Hotel looks. All linens looked very clean and new. The room is a standard size for Japan nothing big however does accommodate comfortably. The bathroom is very nice with nice water pressure and bidet toilets. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, bright and excellent location. The room was big for this kind of hotel and comfortable enough in this price range. I would definitely come back for a short stay. Please note that the room won't be cleaned during your duration so it might not be ideal for longer stays.

Located in the center of Kyoto, 15min by foot from Nishiki Market and 10min away from Gion. Clean, nice and helpful staff. Would stay again when in Kyoto.

The rooms are very clean. The linens are very clean along with a nice bathroom. Checkin was very easy and fast. The staff speaks English which really facilitated things for us not to mention they are very nice. I would definitely recommend Carta Hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
