        This hotel is just two stars! Location was good but nothing else. Elevators are too small and only 3 people can fit in! Rooms are small and cleaning services are just terrible! I doubt if they really wash the towels and sheets! Surely the sheets won’t be changed during the whole stay! Normally they forget to change the towels. No tissue in the rooms, just toilet papers. Breakfast is served from 8-10 and you have to stay for 10 minutes at least to get a table to sit and wait for 10-15 minutes to use the lift!! In most cases we were using the stairs as the waiting time for lift was too long! Not a single smile or welcome from staffs! Can’t find a single reason to come back to this hotel! Please don’t waste your money!

        Very bad experience. The room next to us were smoking and the smell of cigarettes disturbed us from sleeping and breathing while trying to sleep. Room is not clean at all even if you ask them to clean it they just tidy up the bed without even changing the sheets, and the bathroom. The shower drain is very slow and the Ac control switch arcs sometimes. The cleaners are very loud in the morning. The only good thing going for this hotel is the receptionist he’s very friendly, helpful, friendly and the location is great less than a 3 min to taksim and the taxi stand. You can get much better hotel with the same price.

        Breakfast time was like feeding time at the zoo. There wasn't enough staff, there wasn't enough food and there wasn't enough seats! The lifts to get to the breakfast room were a joke, leave yourself an extra half hour for the commute! Otherwise, the rooms were clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful and the location was great but definitely not a UK standard 4*. The decor was a little confusing!

        Breakfast was Average: There is a decent selection of food. However, if you’re staying more than a couple of days, the exact same thing gets boring. Also, one of the days, I had to point out the mould on their cake. Though they changed it, it should have never been served in the first place when it was so visible! Also, the plates and cups looked just rinsed not washed. Reception was Average: Some of the receptionists are very helpful and pleasant, especially Mehmet and Ismail. However, not all are friendly and helpful. Location is Above Average: It’s central and easy access to stores, restaurants and transit. Deplorably Below Average in Sanitation: dirtiest and smelliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s disgusting. There’s hair everywhere, including towels. They don’t change sheets (we had the same sheets for 7 days), they don’t vacuum floors or clean the bathroom. They only empty the garbage cans and make your bed. I’ve seen cockroaches and ants. I’ve had to ask for toilet paper because they don’t leave enough (just one almost finished roll) and they didn’t replace towels unless we explicitly asked. That alone is why I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a really bad experience.

        The room I received had a very intense smell of cigarettes which disturbed me from sleeping or breathing. The carpets in the halls are very stained. The room is spacious but I was put where I had to take a stair to find a very small elevator (motel elevator) for such a hotel.
