This hotel offers a relaxing stay with excellent room facilities. Conveniently located within walking distance to local dining options and pampering services like massage and nail salons. While breakfast options are limited, its location is perfect for both self-driving guests and those relying on taxis to explore nearby attractions.

Great location in the heart of everything! Room was clean and well designed. Only issue was that you had to be careful the shower didn’t completely soak the toilet paper and other things in bathroom and floor can be slippery. Also pool closes at 7 which I think it a bit too early. Also 150 baht for a coconut seems too much but considering the location and luxurious design of the resort I guess to be expected. Otherwise great stay and staff were all helpful and nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a pleasant time. Interior of rooms and facilities are well designed and renovated. I like the bright, minimal and functional design. They use blue and white as key colors which are beautifully used. The restaurant is superb. Taste was best for me during my stay in Bangkok for 4 days. I tried many dishes and all were good. Staff is also kind and friendly. The hotel located in the middle of nothing for beginner tourists in waking distance but you can call taxi or grab that bring you to the key places such as Grand Palace in 10 min. I had a few technical issues with our room and staff was quite attentive to solve our problem. Overall, we enjoyed the stay with Casa 17. Thank you for team’s support.

Booked for 1 night, stayed for 6 - that should say something right? This hotel has been open for less than a year and it’s great! The facilities are comfortable, the service is on point, and the attention to detail left me, a designer, impressed at every corner. In fact, it was so comfortable that I barely even leave the hotel on second day. I just ate and drink by the pool, followed by a swim. The food, music, and atmosphere, it was perfect. The location isn’t walkable, but who cares? You can get to just about anywhere with 200 baht or under. 🙂 The security personnel are also very attentive, so I’m certain you’ll feel very safe here. Definitely a hotel to stay at again.

I recently stayed at Casa 17 and was impressed with the quality of the establishment. The decor and cleanliness of the hotel were exceptional, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. In particular, Mr. Ton went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The food was delicious, and the pool area provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and look forward to returning myself in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
