It's hard to review the place. On the one hand, I like supporting small businesses and mom&pop shops on the other hand, you'd have to be honest in your review. For one thing, seeing the place is like going on a Tinder date expecting to meet the person you saw on the pictures but was surprisingly disappointed with what you met in person. From their website, you'd get a feel that this was an old house that was converted into a hotel. That's not the case. This is a house. With people living it in. And that's exactly the vibe you're going to get. Like you're invading somebody else's home. Location is great. It's easy to get to even if you're on public commute. Plus it's just a few minutes walk to the Rockwell Mall. If you're lazy you can even take a public transport of P5 just outside the village (community) gate. Speaking of which, since it is a house it's inside a residential gated community. We initially got lost (thank you Google Maps) and called them and was told to just figure it out. We ended up walking around the block in the heat of the sun before we got to the place. There are several other problems with the place like service, facilities, etc. The place isn't for me but some people seem to like it so try it for yourself. :)

A cozy homey place for those who want quiet time to unwind. Breakfast was served in bed which I found so romantic. Downside is that it is located in a residential subdivision that you may find it hard to take public transpo.

Totally recommended. I had poor impression at first - I thought its just a house. But the rooms are esthetically decorated by a designer who happens to be the gf of the owner (Ogie). I truly loved staying here which helped making it memorable 2nd honeymoon (with my only wife) :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
