Quaint hotel in Gracia Barcelona. Self service check in. Small but well equipped rooms. Excellent location. Competitive price. Professional, helpful desk staff. Clean and well maintained. This was my second stay and I already have plans to return in the new year when I return to Barcelona.

This was my second stay at Bella Gracia. I already have a third booked. This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is a quiet and comfortable garden-like area which is great for taking a break. I highly recommend Bella Gracia.

The room was very clean and beautiful the staff were really nice while I reached them through the internal telephone. location is so good the neighbourhood is beautiful with markets around and the bus and metro stations are close.

Absolutely rubbish! There is no client service. The telephone numbers they give you do not work. Very expensive for the price, dark room that smells like cheap cleaning products. There is no mineral water in the premises as promised. Check in by email, payment too, but if you write to the email address with any questions there is no reply. On top of everything, the very nice cleaning lady was sent to wake me up and ask for payment 3 min after I got the information by email. I got up thinking I would be able to pay in the hotel but there was no one there, it was only by email. I have never been so disappointed with a booking that had decent reviews on Google and Booking before. Only plus is decent ar-conditioning. And toilet is good too, good shower and fluffy towels

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
