If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My family with kids arrived late after spending a long day travelling only to find out our reservation was for the following day! Jenny was exceptional and went out of her way to assist us (even cleaning a room!) so that we wouldn’t have to search for a hotel at 9 at night. David made sure we were comfortable and brought snacks and water while they were preparing the rooms and also helped translate due to my poor Spanish. They honestly went way above expectations and we couldn’t be more grateful. The room was spotless and comfortable, the location was perfect in the neighbourhood of Bella Vista and breakfast was the best we had in our 2 weeks in Chile.

This hotel is in an awesome location. Its very near the night scene of Bellavista but just a few blocks from the main bars and restaurants so it does not get too noisy. The reception is open 24 hours, and getting in and out of the hotel felt really safe as there was always someone to buzz people in and out. Unfortunately, we could not make it to breakfast due to an early flight but wish we did. The rooms were clean enough. There was great water pressure from the showers and ample hot water. The room (we were in) just needed some extra attention though including: the ceiling light keeps flickering so we could not keep it on unless we wanted a headache; the bedside lamp would not turn on; and the floor beneath the bed was too dusty. Just some minor details that needed attending to. Otherwise, I’d still recommend this hotel to friends.

Absolutely nice Place, great Area to go out. During nights its quiet, Rooms are clean and pretty. The furnishing ist modern style and the breakfast as best you can get and need! Go there and enjoy.

I was at the hotel for a week. Super clean, lots of hot water in the shower, nice healthy breakfast that’s a bit different everyday. The hotel has a new clean esthetic to it. Everyone was friendly. English was spoken if you need it. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and seemed safe. I would return!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
