A staffed Reception desk is on the 5th floor - take the lift and ring the doorbell. Some rooms share bathrooms; mine had an ensuite with a good shower. Shared kitchen and lounge. Small room but clean and pleasant. Air-conditioning. The openable window has a sun shade and screen. TV and WiFi were good. My room had a fridge, kettle, pod coffeemaker, coffee and tea. Uncommon but appreciated: washcloths, wetwipes and herbal tea. I had a quiet night’s sleep. Good value.

Small but cozy rooms. Has a shared kitchen area with clothes, washer, and dryer. Front desk manager, David, was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Good location- at the Marqués de Pombal and the north end of Avenue da Liberdade.

Only afew minutes from a metro station but quite difficult to find as the guesthouse is on the 5th floor. The building's exterior is in desperate need of a facelift! Our room was adequate if small but clean with a comfy bed. No coffee making facilities, not even in the shared kitchen - you have to purchase a coffee from reception which I guess is okay. The male receptionist who greeted us was welcoming and very helpful. He recommended places to eat and which parts of Lisboa to visit and where to avoid.

The staff there is brilliant. My husband is Brazilian and I am Spanish, and the receptionist did not mind at all to explain everything in English for me. They are extremely friendly, attentive and warm, giving us recommendations, tips or information about what to see and visit in Lisbon. I really recommend this place :) Thank you for everything and keep being so cool! It is much appreciated :)

Very pleasant and helpful staff. A short distance from the airport, metro and even within walking distance from the center. Shop and restaurant nearby. Possibility to use a shared kitchen

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
