        Stunning room. I loved everything about my stay. The location , view, room, decor, and most importantly the amazing hosts who were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it and def going back in my next visit to Hvar.

        From the port to the hotel it is about 1.5 km but uphill with even 36 degree stairs with the suitcases and not even a glass of water on arrival! The room has a beautiful terrace but is landlocked The bathroom is tiny with the addition of a shower door which opens inwards when closed. The passage beyond the door is approximately 30 cms: pregnant women or large people refrain! Breakfast in the room fortunately the weather was nice so on the terrace but in case of rain it's in the room like in the hospital!! Beach is around 600 m but it takes more than 20 minutes because the path is very sloping Advice: choose a rental closer to the center as access to the superb beach will be easier by the coastal road

        By mistake when reserving said apartment via Booking, we realized that they were not the days we wanted, due to the rush we made a mistake, knowing that it was non-refundable, and after realizing a SINGLE hour later, we proceeded to send an email explaining the mistake made to said apartment and to booking. Booking's response was that they would do everything possible but it depended on the apartment. The Benita house rejected the refund!! I insist that we would have taken that apartment. We think it is UNFAIR, that it is a fairly high amount due to a date error! And warning ONLY ONE HOUR LATER and ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE!! That says a lot about what kind of people CASA BENITA are!!!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
