Loved this hotel and specially how kind the staff is! The place is so beautiful, the breakfast generous and the location is nice. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is because the bed was uncomfortable and the first night we could not sleep due to all the noise that can be heard from outside.

Really beautiful place, more than we expected. Great location, very clean and delicious breakfast, we even had bottled water and a welcome bottle of wine. Thanks to Miss Tula for being always ready to help. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay. From the personal breakfast tray to the help with our keys which my family seemed to keep losing! All the staff were patient with the wedding guests taking over the place and provided everything we needed - the location is fantastic thanks Elena and team!

Absolutely fantastic service and gorgeous hotel right in Imervogili, close to many restaurants and bus station. The pool and balcony spaces and beautiful with a view of the ocean. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious. Elena was so helpful and kind and made our stay perfect. She helped us with directions, bus information, and arranged car transfers.

Elena, the host moved us to their sister hotel san antonio suites since she was closing casa bianca due to the end of the season. It was a 4 star hotel with a mind blowing caldera view with a very good spread of the breakfast. On top of it, we were given a bottle of wine as a goodwill gesture along with a room that was literally next to the pool. I really appreciate Elena for her kind gesture and also honouring our reservation. Our stay made the trip to santorini a lifetime experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
