Located nearby universities. The first night in the hotel was rough, and I got allergic reaction. But the staffs helped me change rooms and everything is resolved. Breakfast was standard but tasty. Stayed for 7 days, will recommend for budget travellers.

I had a great experience staying here. It just a walking distance from Central Park Mall. Room is clean. Hospitality great. The in room service food also great. I've stayed here for over 1 week and definitely recommend you to stay here as well.

It's really a cozy place eventho it looks like a small building from the outside but they actually have 5 floors. They also have cafe and live music! They provide water dispenser, so you don't have to worry for your drink. They also provide free wifi, and TV with youtube and etc channel. The ambience (for me) it feels like staying in my own boarding house. I am here with my bestfriend, and we think this is really good place to stay near Central Park.

For the location and amenities this place is worth the price. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are really clean and comfortable. The AC works great and there is even a place for working and a rooftop where you can see the city views. The smart tv also is nice to have in the room. The wifi is pretty good throughout the hotel. The only downsides are that they don’t clean your room or change the bedsheets during your stay and don’t have an option for breakfast. The shower ans bathroom is also really small and a bit uncomfortable if you want to have space. Overall a good place to stay in Jakarta.

It was nice to stay 2 nights in here. Because the hotel is new, everything still looks nice. The place is not too small, so comfy to stay. At the ground floor, there's lobby with some type tables to eat and drink. You can use microwave and fhe fridge, kitchenware are available too. The staff are nice and helpful, they clean the room and change the towel. The price is affordable for business trip budget, it's close with big malls. But the wifi not so good, it's disconnected sometimes. And there's no mini market or cafe nearby. Only can find small stores (warung).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
