Absolutely wonderful stay in Casa Camélia. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was clean and very cozy. The garden is stunning! Would also highly recommend the fantastic breakfast prepared with local products.

Absolutely stunning property run by friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast is an intimate affair with a simple but delicious buffet. The gardens are stunning and provide a view over the river and into the city centre. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing hotel in a great location in Porto! The rooms were hard to beat, the gardens are absolutely beautiful and a haven of relaxation with brilliant views all over Porto. The staff were also really helpful and accommodating after we made a mistake with our dates!

If you’re visiting Porto, you MUST stay here. While you’re still within walking distance from all of Porto’s main city points of interest, this boutique hotel makes you truly feel like you’re on a dreamy vacation out in nature. The property is absolutely gorgeous with a large garden area, sunning chairs and cute bistro tables. You can NOT beat this view, either. Sure, there are other nice views in Porto — but here, you don’t have to share the scenic views with hundreds of tourists… You get to enjoy the river and city views from the privacy of a gorgeous grassy garden oasis. There’s really no comparison. The staff made the experience even more unreal. So helpful and kind and generous. The main host even gave us a printed map and took the time to notate all of the best areas, shops and restaurants for us to visit during our stay. He even booked our dinner reservation for us on our first night! I will encourage anyone visiting Porto to stay here. Our only regret is not booking our room for more than 2 days! The only comment I have is if you’re opting for breakfast here, try and go early. We booked a 9:15 slot and there wasn’t a lot of food left to choose from in the self serve area but the staff offered to cook us fresh scrambled eggs which were excellent! PS: One more thing that’s probably important to mention… There isn’t air conditioning — BUT, the evening weather is so pleasant in Porto that we slept with the windows open and stayed perfectly cool! They also offer large room fans, too! Thank you for our absolute best and most memorable hotel stay in Europe.

It is a nice place to stay. However it is quite expensive for what you get. I found the bathroom to be a little cramped. And the price was very high considering that breakfast was not included.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
