One star is too many. We booked an apartment weeks ago on the second floor (without elevator). The first days communication was cordial and fluid. But upon arriving in Lisbon things begin to go wrong: 1. We notified in advance that our flight was delayed, and we informed upon our arrival at the airport that we would be at the apartment at 2:00 p.m. to check in. At that moment they tell us that no one will receive us, that we can access the apartment with a mobile app. It wouldn't have been an inconvenience if it weren't for the fact that the apartment wasn't as clean as it should be. 2. The second floor that we had reserved was converted without prior consultation into a fourth floor without an elevator. Because of article 33. Knowing that we were traveling with a small child and a baby with his stroller, in addition to the suitcases. We tell our host, he tells us that if we prefer the second one, we say yes... The next news from him is that it is not possible, that they have people. 3. In addition to the cleaning, not cleaning rather, we found a bathroom and a kitchen with no ventilation, no light bulb in the ceiling lamp in the living room and a broken window frame, the latter is especially dramatic in a street with so much noise. 4. Speaking of noise. It's hell to sleep there, you can only get it in the inner room, closing the door and using plugs. Added to the noise are the vibrations of an old building that is not properly conditioned. The thermal and acoustic insulation is zero. 5. The finishing touch, a sofa bed that is neither a sofa nor a bed. Already as tired as we were disappointed, we found when we opened the "sofa bed" (the cheapest at Ikea) that the bed base was dusty with three broken slats and two others that were dislodged at the slightest movement. We immediately communicated this to our host without receiving any response. Not that night or the next morning. The same response we received about cleanliness. In the end we slept 2 adults and two children in a room with a double bed and a pseudo foam mattress on the floor. The next day we complain to Booking and we leave, and they are still outraged. You have to have a lot of nerve or be very bad in the head. He had that woman sleeping on the floor of that living room for a month, just like he wanted to keep us. I would not recommend this "apartahole" to anyone, I can only understand that the good opinions are bought or that they are from people who are going to enjoy the Lisbon night as cheaply as possible, and even so it costs me. It should be called Hell in Lisbon
