2 stars for the Hotel and 1.5 star for the Service A very simple, boutique type small hotel. Rooms also very small. Bathrooms are tiny. My room had many issues - washroom was stinking, the washbasin and the bath area, both were clogging. Towels were not super clean .... and to top it all, at the time of checkout my room door got jammed. Breakfast was quite ordinary. Hence 2 stars for the Hotel. However what makes up for the room and the Hotel was some amazing hospitality. Day-1 Shafi at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He explained the entire island to me and where all i could go and what all i could do. On my check-out day, when the room door got jammed and they could not open it, one of the staff climbed by to the balcony of my room(1st floor) and broke opened into the room, which was a relief. Once i did the check-out, they not only kept my luggage, when i came back it up, they offered me their lounge to sit and relax (with A/C switched on only for me), till the time of my flight. The lounge area was not well kept is another story (and looked like a dorm room).

Haunted Room 8202 . Room was dusty. Seem like long time vacant. Water pump (sound like cargo ship horn, as per video) vibrate whole toilet from 11pm till 6.40am intermittently and affect both upper floor room thus no good night sleep (staff say room is like that) And you can feel something inside room, very uncomfortable. Pool is children level deep . Breakfast is decent but limited choice and can be full. Manage to change room early in the morning to save our sanity. Staff helpful and friendly. We booked 5 rooms. Other than the noisy rooms, other rooms is nice and ok

Staff were really great. Very friendly, spoke great english and were very accommodating. My mums arm is broken and needed help opening the sliding door and they helped often. The staff are 5 star! The rooms were not very good though. There is a safe in the room but its not bolted to anything, so it is not useful at all. I can pick it up with one hand. In one of the rooms (rm1101) there is a thumping sound all night that prevents you from sleeping. It's so bad!! In one room our aircon smelled bad and looked dirty like the filters had not been changed. It also did not cool well enough compared to other rooms. In the other two rooms, they smelled very bad of mould and bacteria. It was very bad we considered moving. The outdoor balcony areas look cute but they are so hot because no fan. There is a light above but really needs fan because no air flow. In our bathroom there were holes in the ceiling which were mouldy. There was also water dripping from the ceiling. One of our duvets had a large hole in it and one of our towels had a bad smell. The hotel does not provide towels for their pool or the beach. Overall the maintenance of the rooms is very very poor. There are better places to stay in langkawi for same price.

Rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Really loved the pool side view, sit out area and bathroom with plants. Sounds of insects in the night was abit uncomfortable and scary but over all a nice place to stay.

6 of us stayed at the junior suite. The room is located on the first floor and only accessible via staircase. Other than that, the room is clean, there is a small pool for kids, staff is very helpful, accommodating and polite. I would definitely return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
