Good location, clean and spacious room. Nice simple breakfast on the rooftop terrace included. Good service with security at door. No elevator seen to access the rooms.

I really like this hotel. It’s hard to find if you’re not looking and walking up. It’s built so it doesn’t stand out as a hotel but the front doors are black and white and you ring the doorbell. The bellman will open the door for you. The rooms are very cute. We got a suite with the kitchen and living room. Really liked it. Wish they had a larger bed than a queen though! The water gets super hot, the internet is great, the staff is super nice and helpful. There’s no AC which threw me. I’m not sure if that’s normal in MC. It has a great location and I’d definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here at Casa Decu. The building is beautiful and the rooms are really homey. There is some noise in the rooms as others mentioned however, it never kept us up at night and was minimal. We stayed in August and did not need AC- as the climate is very mild. The neighborhood is nice with lots of great restaurants near by. The staff is nice and held our bags for us when we had a late flight.

Very cute art deco apartment hotel in Condesa. Location is perfect and the hotel itself beautifully styled. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, modern and simple japandi style. Definitely would stay again, great value and the staff very helpful. Only gripe was that the kitchen was being refurbished so the included breakfast was basic at best. Should have given guests a voucher for somewhere nearby or had a proper plan B.

The location of the place is very good in Condesa, close to many bars, coffee places, restaurants, parks etc. but the room is bad! The bathroom sink is in the bedroom. The toilet is next to the shower curtain so the bathroom is small. Bed is 140cm so a bit on the tight side. Breakfast is purely sweet, if you want eggs, or something on the salty side its 10€ per person extra. Soundproof is so bad , you can hear ppl anytime they pass, talk or have sex. Im not sure what is the point of the kitchenette since there are no pans and no pots but there is a microwave and 2 cups for tea/coffee. But no tea/coffee maker. There is a wine opener but no wine glasses , just small glasses for water. So it looks nice for instagram but not practical. Would not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
