        It's a great hotel with a very responsible staff Manager Mr Singh. He's very helpful. The pool is really clean and very beautiful location. Mr. Singh treat us like mother and father because we are old age he's very good take care. Thank you he's very polite and very helpful. He solved our issues as soon as possible. This 5 star ⭐for Mr Singh ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

        Writing this review with utter utter utter disappointment and dissatisfaction with the hotel staff . The female receptionists are very rude and impatient with the guests. We were informed that if we leave the hotel by 7am in the morning for sightseeing, the hotel would pack us breakfast and eat on the go. To our greatest shock we were packed just one slice of bread and a waterbottle for breakfast. Like who on earth would pack such a dissatisfying meal for hotel guests. And when we approached the hotel receptionists and complained about it. They said since we were vegetarians we can’t do anything. The literally told us “GO OUT SOMEWHERE AND EAT” .

        The hotel doesn't seem to need new guests anymore. This is the only way I can explain the impossible behavior of the reservation department. I wanted to spend 14 days on vacation in this hotel and took the liberty of requesting a hotel room and price by email. Despite two further reminders, I didn't even receive an answer to my query. Even if the hotel is fully booked at the time requested, which is possible, as an interested guest I expect at least a cancellation. But not reacting at all is just embarrassing and arrogant. If I owned the hotel, I would have immediately fired the employee in charge of the reservations department. No one needs such business-damaging behavior.

        This is very nice hotel, room was very clean and we like our stay very much. There is 2 staff at reception the name is krups and Singh very friendly and helpful. This place is approx 15 min walk to patong beach and also they have shuttle service 4 times per day. Bar and rooftop restaurant also very nice. Thanks we will comeback again.

        Service is great staff friendly super helpful head up the hotel is up hill and steep would suggest renting a scooter to go around patong overall a good place to stay if you looking to get away from all the noisy club

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
