Very nice and beautifully designed hotel. The staff at Casa del Rio here are amazing. The bedroom and the bed was very comfortable, nice and clean. The pool and roof top view is great. The balcony had a nice view of the river to sit and chill. This is a really a five star hotel.

Excellent location. Helpful and courteous staff. The place is extremely clean, rooms are done once in the morning when I was having breakfast, then once in the evening. During the evening cleaning the room had a potpourri and the balcony had mosquito repellent lighted up. For breakfast the was both asian and continental selection.

It was a beautiful hotel to stay! The welcome drink was delicious and the services were impeccable. Regrettably, we stayed beside a family room. We could hear the screaming kids and shouting of adults, each time they were in the room. We paid extra for a room that face the river and we were dismayed by the noises from the boat and the loud music from the bazar across the river. Nothing that you will expect in a room facing the river. Location is excellent.

Paid RM1000 short a ringgit for a superior room but it is worth it. The room is great and the amenities are aplenty. Just a bit off with the location because the way in and out is almost at a standstill due to heavy traffic leading to Jonker Walk area. Overall good place for a quiet weekend getaway.

Back after 13 years and it's still the best stay in the region. Quality of room and service is impeccable. Malacca is a very small town that you can get over it in 1 day, but Casa itself is worth a longer stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
