This is a small but charming hotel run by a friendly and helpful family. The Turkish breakfast on the sea-facing veranda is the stuff dreams are made of. There are a couple of reasonably good and fair-priced restaurants and a mini-market just across the road. The hotel is well placed for people trekking through the region's natural parks and exploring isolated beaches. The business deserves a 5-stars rating. However, you should be aware that the closest beach is a good 30-minutes trek down a steep hill. Also, the stunning views are somewhat spoiled by the local infrastructure across the road, such as electric cables, hot water boilers, etc

I found this hotel to be too pricey for what they offer. Cons: 1. The room lacks air conditioning. 2. There is no refrigerator in the room, which is quite inconvenient. It's essential to have a way to keep refreshments cold, especially since there aren't many stores in the area. 3. The shower is missing a sliding door. 4. There isn't much to do around the area. 5. The road to the beach is challenging to navigate, and finding parking can be difficult. Furthermore, the beach itself is not well-maintained. Pros: 1. The hotel offers parking. 2. The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the common areas are well-designed. 3. There is a great family-owned restaurant across the street from the hotel with delicious food and beautiful views.

The rooms were cozy and they have partnered with the next door restaurant to serve breakfast for them. We got our breakfast at that restaurant with an spectacular view. The view and location are great. I just remove an star because the parking was challenging even though it had been mentioned in the booking that it comes with free parking and the water pressure was very low at night to shower. But it got fixed the next morning. Thank you for the hospitality. I should also mention the owner m’s hospitality was superb. He carried our luggages, gave us free water, and even let us check-out an hour late. I will definitely come back

It was a pleasure to stay at Casa Di Pietra. The view is amazing as the house is situated quite high relative to the sea. It is easy to hike to nearby forests and mountain peaks.

The views from this place are incredible. It is very well maintained and taken care of. The facilities are in a great condition and extra attention was paid to details. The hosts were very responsive and helpful as well. We were on a road trip and chose to stay twice here, we would definitely come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
