I absolutely loved this boutique guest house, Shiadu. It really made my holiday special. I was travelling solo so having somewhere that felt home from home was really important to me. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I stayed in three different guesthouses as I decided to stay in Lisbon longer. All the guesthouses were similar with their quirky furniture, interesting art, inviting kitchen / dining room with sufficient food and drinks to chose from. The guest houses had an informal, cosy vibe, the rooms were all excellent, beautifully decorated with cool furniture, clean and comfortable beds. All situated in brilliant locations. I will definitely go back very soon.

Be carefull ! absolutely no comprehension about a cancellation needed last minute due to an injury. !! The place who is supposed to be nice is just not fair at all ! And i’m not the only one to be unhappy !! Forget about this place if you have any chance to have to cancelling last minute.

Superb place, very warm welcome, and the staff takes great care. The garden with the infinity pool is magnificent, the water is warm and there is a jacuzzi. Big downside: the constant noise of the planes and the green light all night in the room, we had to put a t-shirt on it to be able to sleep. The breakfast is very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
