Great location. Nice environment. But chalets are made of cheap materials so not much sound insulation. Lots of ants in my room but after spraying it was OK. Good for one night stay

Excellent room and very good service , staff are good manner and the room was quite clean and the bed are comfortable to sleep. Also near to the bear and pantai Cenang. Next Langkawi trip i will comeback to stay Casa fina again . Highly recommended

I booked the place via Agoda for a three-night stay. Casa Fina is about 6 km away from the Langkawi International Airport and is a walking distance to all the shops and eateries along the Cenang Beach. The check-in process was quick and I had to deposit RM50 as security. The place is vast, well-maintained and clean. It is a chalet-typed place and is quiet, private and spacious. The room is great and the bathroom is spacious. However, the water heater is not working. It is quite cold to bathe in the morning and it kind of annoys me. The lady at the reception arranged for my transport and day trips and is helpful. I had a really nice stay here and woupd probably stay here again in the future.

Excellent rooms Paid a price of 131 rm per night including tax Towels, toiletries, water bottles provided Very comfortable for a weekend stay in Langkawi All cenang road shops & restaurants walking distance Would definitely come and stay here again in future!

Highly recommend it, for sure i will always consider it when visiting the island. Shout out to the Manger Mr.ben , the receptionist Ms.hedaya, and Ms.aafya , hopefully the name spelling is correct, also the house keeping staff very kind and helpful. Thank you guys

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
