Fantastic people managing the day to day operations; super friendly; they were helpful in helping us figure out transportation to and from the airport and even securing cough medicine for me one day that I wasn't feeling to well; the room was fantastic, clean, and spacious. Felt like a second home and very familial. Centrally located and near great boutiques, coffee shops, and other eateries. We took advantage of the spa services available for direct in room service and they were equally fantastic. We would stay here again!

We loved staying in the neighborhood. The staff are lovely and helped us feel welcome and we’ll-cared for. Breakfast is a wonderful start to the day in the sunny front room. The rooms are a bit small, but nicely appointed with very comfortable beds. My husband was able to get some work done on the WiFi. The Roma neighborhood is perfect for exploring restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a perfect distance from a large park for running. We loved all the beautiful walks through the city with Casa Goliana as our starting point.

I truly loved this hotel. I had never been to Mexico City, and found this hotel in a section of the city that I wanted to experience. The employees are kind and helpful and committed to providing a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable as well as clean and well decorated. My daughter and I were cozy and relaxed. I would absolutely stay here again!

I loved everything about my stay at Casa Goliana and highly recommend this place. It has so much character and the rooms are tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Great location to explore Roma and Condesa. I had a room facing the street and as other reviewers noted you do hear some street traffic. Even though I'm a light sleeper, it didn't bother me. I'm very picky about hotels and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to all the staff for helping make my first trip to Mexico City a great one!

Perfect experience! The staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. The rooms are cozy and romantic. Location is also excellent - friendly neighbourhood with tons of restaurants, great street tacos, coffee shops, etc. I highly recommend staying here :).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
