        This place is an absolute dive. The furniture is made of wood pallets. Often no hot water and no internet. On the second day here, no power for 2 days. Internet works when it feels like it. 12 of 22 days in December with no internet. January brought no water for 1 week, and no hot water for 3 weeks. Construction started again in the adjacent building after nothing for 2 months. Noise until midnight and back again at 0600. DON'T RENT HERE.

        I have lived at over 15 apartments and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The furnished beds look 15 years old. Black mold is a major issue at Casa Isza. I was getting sicker by the week. When I would leave the air conditioning on overnight, I would wake up with extreme congestion from the black mold that was in the air conditioning duct. Between the constant construction noise and parties, it is very difficult to work from home or sleep here as the walls are paper thin. Things get stolen regularly and despite having cameras on site they will never review the cameras with you or tell you who stole what. The primary landlord Angela told me I would get a partial deposit back but after almost 2 months of regular requests to get my money back, I realized that she has no ethics and didn’t intend to give me my deposit back. No one in this apartment complex has received their deposit back and I have talked to a lot of former residents. They don’t do a very good job of maintaining the pool. One time it took almost a month for them to clean the pool and it was black as in the attached picture. The maintenance crew is a joke. If your air conditioning needs repairs, maintenance will often take weeks or longer to begin working on it. Often the air conditioning will be worse than when they first tried to fix it. They will also try to charge you for the repairs. They also charge 500 pesos if you get locked out of your own apartment despite them having a copy of the key. Avoid renting from these slumlords at all costs.

        The worst place I have rented in Playa. The internet during the day worked fairly well, but as soon as everyone arrived in the afternoon, not a single WhatsApp came out. The first night I found BEDBUGS in the bed. They said they were going to fumigate, but since all the furniture was made of wood, that wasn't going to help. I decided I didn't want to move there and the thief owner refused to give me my deposit even though I only stayed one night. Worst place I've rented at in Playa. The Internet worked moderately okay during the day, but as soon as everyone arrived at their studios in the evening it got so bad that not even a WhatsApp message could be sent out. The first night I found BEDBUGS. They said they would spray to get rid of them, but all furniture is made of wood, so they would have done nothing. I decided I didn't want to move there anymore and the thief owner refused to give me my deposit back even when I stayed only one night.

        The owner is in bad faith, a liar and a thief. She won't give me my deposit back when I never signed a contract In 10 months, I had a lot of problems with water, bathroom, internet, etc. There is a lot of noise from the neighbors and the construction work on the building next door.

        Things fail, I asked countless times for them to check my TV and they never did, I lasted a month and a half without a mosquito net, without a microwave for two weeks. Sometimes the pool remained closed due to lack of maintenance and the building is mostly infested with humidity.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
