If you go in knowing that the main room is only vaguely bigger than the bed and you’re good with that, you’ll LOVE this place just like we did. Everything is new and super thoughtfully put together. The finishes, the full-size bathroom and closet, the high ceilings, all contribute to the feeling that the designers knew exactly what they were doing. And then some. Tiny. And terrific. We absolutely plan on giving them our business again sometime soon.

Our stay here was amazing and perfect for what we needed! Perfect location walking distance to downtown. The place was nicely decorated and very clean! If we come back to Santa Barbara we would definitely stay here again! Check in/ out was very easy

Cute little spot in Downtown Santa Barbara right in the middle of a bunch of great restaurants and bars. The room was super clean and everything seemed to be fairly new. The host was really responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Casa Jardin is the perfect place to stay, whether it be for business or vacation. Its rooms are perfect, including a modern cooling/heating system, a mini fridge, microwave, and complimentary toiletries. The walkability to downtown was amazing. It was about a 5 minute walk to all the best spots in downtown and was about a mile away from Santa Barbara beach where you could rent bikes or also try out some food spots. Zipstay (management) provided all the necessary details prior to checking in and checking out. We will definitely choose Casa Jardin again once we visit Santa Barbara. It’s price, convenience, and amenities are unbeatable!

This was the perfect location for our recent trip! The place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and loved the bathroom fixtures. It had everything you needed for a quick visit! The kitchen was stocked and perfect for a short stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
