Excellent Riad located just off the main square and perfect for exploring the Medina. All the staff are helpful, friendly and offer great service when required. Unfortunately can't remember names, but the lady on reception was first class ! Our room was perfect, offering a traditional style with nice features (see pix) Breakfast was traditional and lovely every day with fresh fruits, breads , eggs and juice on the roof terrace 👍 Highly recommend this Riad for a central (but not too close to the madness of the Medina) base for your trip to Marrakech

Visited the restaurant, narrowly choosing it over somewhere else despite not knowing much about it. So, so good. Great local food with a modern twist, beautiful setting, lovely music and friendly, attentive waiters. The price was very reasonable too. We came away with that sense of smugness of having lucked out for dinner. It's down a maze though - make sure you say yes to being escorted there when you book.

We absolutely loved it. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The restaurant is also very beautiful. Most importantly, the food was excellent; I would definitely call this Moroccan fine dining at its best. The cost was reasonable: dinner for three, including a nice Moroccan wine, put us back 1000 dirhams, which we felt was worth it. All in all, highly recommended; would eat there again.

Did not stay, but went to the restaurant - service was amazing. Food was good and reasonably priced. Loved the live music that was not overwhelmingly loud, you could still talk with your guests. Portions are small, so don't be afraid to order more than one of something. Again, service was perfection. Best in Morroco.

New year's eve dinner for 120 euro ( one glass of drink included) per person, is completely overated. It was good but not really awesome and worth the money. Dessert was freezing to nearly unbearable. I honestly do not recommend for dining there for over 100euro Please we tourists, can do better than that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
