A clean hotel and relatively quiet, considering it is close to the action. Steps from the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 1 night prior to our flight from Cancun! Location is fantastic, an easy walk from the ferry even with luggage and right near the ADO bus. The place was very clean and the room was great. The bed was firm but comfortable! Only issue is that even though there's an elevator, you still have to carry luggage up a few stairs for some rooms so ask for no stairs if that's an issue. Our shower head was plugged so the water just drizzled but hopefully they will fix that for the next person. We would absolutely stay here again!

Internet wasn't given until 3 days into the stay. No water at times and hot water was hard. Cable tv had to be messed with to get it working. Nice little pool the front desk kid was great help.

Right off ADO bus terminal if you're going from Cancún Airport 250 pesos or less probably I forget. Close to the ferry to go to cozumel, I didn't have any problems with the hotel. Steps from major dinning and shopping and not that expensive. I enjoyed the stay, no microwave tho if you're used to that.

Nice Hotel, with sea views, friendly staff, clean room, aircon, and small pool. It is literally a stones throw from the beach. That's where we noticed it. Right in the center of things but not crowded and feels safe & private. Recommended 😎

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
