Location is unbeatable. It is centrally located with easy public transportation access anywhere. You could also just walk wherever you need to go from here. The staff was kind, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived but was missing extra toilet paper and hand soap. When I mentioned it at the front desk, they brought me some right away. Would definitely book again.

I reserved a room on Booking in this hotel. When I arrived, they said that they don't have free rooms and they send me a message (witch is not). I don't know if they get payment from me or not but I didn't want to pay not through app so I booked another hotel. But that's was not pleasant situation, not recommended

The Windows are just horrible, you can hear everything that's going on outside. The hotelroom itself look pretty good, but if you are over 185cm you have to bend your head everytime you enter the room, the kitchen, the bathroom etc. The laundry service(or service in general) is the worst part about that hotel. They took way longer than they said it would take and told me that the problem is that the maids have to many rooms to clean and can't do the laundry yet. My room wasn't cleaned for 4 straight days, so that doesn't really make sense to me. I got my clothes back last second bevor I left to catch my flight and they were pushed back into the same dirty smelly bag I gave them up with🤦‍♂️. At the end I had to pay 250pesos for that "service ". Would not recommend.

I stayed here for a week and I totally recommend it. It is very well located in the Roma area, a 10-minute walk from the Angel of Independence. You have shops nearby (Oxxo on the first floor), restaurants, bakeries and a very good connection with the rest of the city. The room is super spacious, the bed comfortable, clean sheets and towels. It has a very useful small kitchen area (microwave, minibar, coffee maker). The shower had low pressure but always provided hot water. The cleaning service came every 2 days. Simple but sufficient breakfast. In conclusion, I find it a good option, considering price v/s quality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
