Exceptional stay with easy autonomous check-in and luggage storage possibility >> PROS: - The AC from all rooms was working perfectly; - the check-in is very easy with codes everywhere, we had some complications with our code, but even tho it took some time for the staff to figure it out, they were very attentive, so it's also a good point besides the issue; - the shower was very good and the bathroom very pretty; - the living room is big and cozy, with cooking facilities, fridge, etc; - the terrace is also beautiful; - luggage storage possibility was very helpful for our check-out day; - the location is superb, within walking distance to everything you want to visit, near Bolhão station, and very near good "Francesinha" restaurants =) >> Cons: Nothing to dislike =) very happy with this stay. Apartments placed at an excellent location to explore Porto by foot. Very spacious room with fridge, microwave and kettle. Also amazing addition of a bath robe for each guest. Only downside in our stay was that our room was not cleaned until we requested for it on the fourth day of our stay and that the cleaner came while we were in the room. It would also be nice if there were some boiled eggs for breakfast.

We stayed at Casa Rosa and it was one of the best hotels we booked in Portugal. Great rooms with all necessary amenities - safe locker, small fridge, television, air conditioner, cosy bed and great lighting!

Nice local lodging place close to the center and easily accessible. The building was recently refurbished and the apartment I staid in we're nicely decorated keeping some of the old style of the apartments while refreshing them. The breakfast was also really good and the staff very friendly. Recommended

Nice place, very clean. It's very handy that you have a code to open the door. But for six people, it's maybe not suitable. Because the sofa in the living room is quite small and hard to sleep on, especially with 2 people.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
