Casa Rovai guest house was the perfect place to stay during our first time visiting Florence, close to all local amenities in the city including some delightful places to eat and drink. As soon as we arrived at the guest house we were greeted by the host and made to feel welcome. We were checked in early with no hassle, as we arrived in Florence rather earlier than expected. The room was a generous size and was very clean, with a reasonable sized bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was pleasant. Breakfast is available if you choose to have for a small fee, however tea and coffee is complimentary at any time. The host is always very keen to assist if you need help getting around Tuscany or need recommendations or advice. Parking is available close by with multiple garages on the street.

For the price, location and staff, I cannot rave enough about this place. It was easy to walk the city thoroughly from this location. The room was clean and functional. It was a great experience and we will be making this establishment part of our plans in the future. Thanks again.

This is a very nice bed and breakfast. The location is perfect for a city trip to Florence. The crew is very kind, the rooms are clean and all facilities are very good. It also looks very nice, and has a very authentic atmosphere. If I go back to Florence, I will definitely stay here again! We asked for a babybed, and when we got there this was already setup so our little boy could go straight to bed! Top service!

A strategic place close to everything in Florence! nothing is missing in the rooms, some have wonderful frescoes, and the receptionists are very hospitable

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
