Good location walking distance from the coliseum, Shared kitchen, gorgeous garden, basic breakfast, nice terrace, no air conditioning but there was an extra radiator in my room. You can leave your luggage and come back when you’re ready to leave. Very quiet neighborhood, nice places to eat, a hairdresser, supermarket- in general I do recommend the place

Not perfect but darn close. I really don’t think you can beat the price for the location, accommodations, and top notch friendly staff (who speak English well / willing to help you with your broken Italian) Many places to eat near by. 25min walk to St Peters 2min walk to Ponte Sisto

Pros: *Nice location with many things to do around the hotel *Relatively inexpensive *Per room bathroom with shower, hotel provides some towels. *Interior furniture is nice *Terrace Cons: * Some minor damages on furniture * Very basic breakfast, at least in my case (mostly sweet. Cakes, pies, cereal, bread with butter. Its well made but some basics like regular bread with cheese or something would be good. Coffee machine is ok but all the options are in italian which can be difficult if you dont know the contents by heart.) * Some staff members can only speak very basic english. This means that communication is possible but misunderstandings are common. Complex conversations arent easy. This isnt an issue with most staff members, just some.

Nice family-run hotel near Piazza Trilussa and the Ponte Sisto. The rooms are well sized for on old Roman area. For a quieter room, ask for a view of the convent. There is a breakfast buffet. Wifi is available only in the lobby/lounge area. Great location for touring Rome, within walking distance of many sites. Good value.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
