Great location. Really clean and bright hotel with so much artwork everywhere. Literally around the corner from the colloseum so really handy. Shower cubicle is a little small (with a curtain) but worked fine and always had hot water. Would 100% stay again and recommend. Also has a mobile phone in the room that you can take out with you for free calls and data - I didn't use it but it would be so handy! Free WiFi in the hotel too which wasn't patchy. Great

Dated but nice room (shower head loose and bathroom door trim rusty). Room/bathroom was tiny. Desk staff (Elena) was very nice and helpful. Can't beat the location. Didn't do the breakfast (too expensive) just ate at the local vendors.

this was a last minute booking so a little pricey, but definitely worth it for two girls in their twenties traveling together. neighborhood felt safe and is super cute, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, including a gelato shop right across the square. the room was small but well taken care of (we had a superior double room). the staff were all great, but especially Kristina. we’d come back again!

the room was very clean, daily cleaning and the girls at the reception were very kind and helpful. very close to the Colosseum, just a five minute walk and you can walk around the sights in ten minutes. leaving the hotel you could enjoy excellent ice cream coffee in a very beautiful square and small traditional Italian bars for wine . everything was great, thank you very much

I stayed only 2 nights in a standard room during low season (Nov/2023). I had such a good time there. The quality of the hotel and room were really high from my perspective and what I paid. I'd say the view wasn't great, but since I booked a standard room to rest, it doesn't matter. The staff was really professional and kind. Always ready to help.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
