This establishment is listed on various websites as a hostel, and it certainly lives up to that description. The ambiance here is reminiscent of many older European accommodations – it has a certain vintage charm, but it's clear that it's in need of some urgent refurbishment. Despite encountering some technical glitches during our stay, the customer service team rose to the occasion and ensured that we didn't lose our booking. This was particularly reassuring on a late, rainy evening when the last thing you'd want is to be without accommodation. If you're in search of a budget-friendly option for a place to rest your head, this might fit the bill. However, I'd suggest considering it as a secondary choice, especially if you prioritize comfort and modern amenities.

I have a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room is not clean, u have to pay for the towel the staff is unhelpful, and there are constant noise disturbances throughout the night. I would not recommend staying here.

No explanation of breakfast schedule nor opening time of hotel (2am) closed. If you take the breakfast option be aware that you might have to wait for ling or directly not find anything. If you’re lucky, you will find some very low quality croissant and literally pieces of bread. Only two towels for two people. Location is okayish but definitely I dont recommend this place unless for a one day, max two days stay

Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in my life !!!! Not even one star worth! Nicht gefallen · This is the most disgusting “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t even understand how someone can give more than one star. Sheets were full of stains, mattress covered with stains, holes and blood on the curtains, the hallway carpet full of stains. No closet door, walls has holes and is very dirty. Broken mirror and mildew in the bathroom. The walls are so thin I could hear the people talking above us. We stayed 10minutes in the room (we had two rooms , we traveled as a family). We were all disgusted and checked out. I wanted a refund. The receptionist told me the manager would call me the next day. He didn’t. After writing emails the manager asked me why I move the sheets and i had warm water. Why I complain? He agreed to reimburse one night - it’s almost three months later and we are still waiting on a refund. My emails are getting ignored. Pictures say more than words - do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

It is good just to sleep. The bathroom was perfectly clean, but the bed didn't look quite the same. Also, there are no lockers to protect your stuff from the other visitors in the room, but only a general safebox which I find pretty useless.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
