I loved staying at Casa Sotgiu. This hotel is located within a larger building and after you check in you are provided with the necessary keys to get in and out of the various doors. We never had any issues staying here with coming and going. The hotel itself is really cute with each room being named and having a beautifully decorated common area. It's a bit of a walk from the main tourist part of Rome but it's very doable (we walked pretty much everywhere when we visited). Nicely located by Vatican City. The breakfast was amazing - huge spread of items and very delicious. We were the only ones staying at one point and they laid out a huge breakfast just for us 😊.

Sadly a negative experience. I am giving 1 and two stars only for the Breakfast room but not for the breakfast itself. The photos doesn’t represent the rooms. Non professional personnel, non punctual not friendly. The worst was the hygiene of the room while as soon as we arrived we realised that the room wasn’t probably cleaned. We found hair everywhere and until the end of our stay, only the towels were clean and no other detail was ever probably cleaned. Although our visit was in winter the room was full of mosquitoes… About the breakfast that I already mentioned, was totally of B quality, no fresh juices, no big choice, pastries bought from cheap grocery store…and of course nothing really made with love or clean. Rooms have not good enough isolation from corridors but they are warm enough for winter. Location is good for metro.

We stayed in Casa Sotgiu for 3 nights and we loved it! The room was gorgeous, nicely decorated and with a very comfy bed. It was not very big, but that was not a problem for us. Cristina and the team were really friendly and helpful during our whole stay. And the location is just perfect for visiting Rome, very central but in a quiet area. Even parking was fairly easy, we found a parking spot almost at the entrance and we just paid 8€ per day. We will definitely come again next time we're in Rome!

Lovely spot for a weekend break in Rome. Elegant styling and friendly/helpful staff. Everything was clean and well organised. Comfy bed and nice buffet breakfast of ham, cheese, croissants, cakes, fruit, etc. Located near to a metro station and approx 20 mins walk to Vatican and Pantheon/ Trevi areas. Approx EUR 15 Uber from Colosseum. Thanks for happily organising flowers for our anniversary!

Love the room, attention to detail with slippers, shower cap, tissue, and plenty of towels. Comfortable, lovely decorated, superb cleanliness. Good breakfast and hosts are attentive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
