        An utter disaster from begining to end, please don't rent from this company. We arrived at 11pm at the building and, because the company had screwed up and had us arriving the next day, we spent one hour on the street going back and forth with the security guard who refused to let us in. We had email confirmation of our arrival day but he was given the wrong one. The whole situation was made worse by the fact that the guard WOULD NOT EVEN OPEN THE DOOR TO TALK TO US FOR HALF AN HOUR AND NO ONE FROM KUKUN WOULD PICK UP THE PHONE. Although we were told that the apartment was dirty and if we were let in, it was at our own risk, this turned out to be a lie. When we finally got in after midnight the apartment was, in fact clean. Despite this awful experience, no one from Kukun even called to apologize the next day, only an email promising to refund one night. Although the apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable the other problem is that it was FREEZING. In the winter in Mexico City, temperatures drop into the 40's and 50's at night. Upon arrival we emailed to say that the apartment was too cold and their response was to bring over one blanket the next day. After five more days (one day before we left) we finally got ONE TINY space heater for the three bedrooms, living room and dining area. For the entire week whenever we were in the apartment, we had to keep our coats and scarves on. It was utterly miserable. Repeated calls went straight to voicemail, Whatsapp messages often went unanswered for hours at at time.

        Imagine arriving for the first time in CDMX only to find out the unit you spent a lot of money on is not available anymore, and you got moved to another one that doesn't match what you initially booked. And then, to make things even worse, the next day, you're informed they have another unit available (it miraculously showed up because they insisted they don't have any units available anymore), but they expect you to check out at 11 a.m. from the unit you had to spend a night in, and then come back at 3 p.m. to check in again. ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME??? I have never in my entire life experienced such bad customer service. I'm not saying you should fire the person handling this situation, but you should at least invest in proper training. I will never again use your services, and I will advise everyone I know traveling to CDMX to stay away from you.

        Kukun is basically low-value pretending to be luxury. Don't fall for it. All of their buildings have zero soundproofing and are therefore not inhabitable at all.

        Keep doing what you are doing, we'll be back. Fast communications, great to see the start up challenge the norm, the are a few bits to iron out as kept getting duplicated messages, but went far beyond what you would expect.

        Stayed at one of their polanco locatons for 5. One of my favorite stays, will come back one day!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
