At first, the photos and location looked amazing, which is why we booked it. But once we arrived the first thing we noticed was NO AC, and NO OUTLETS. So we couldn't plug in the fans they provide. Aside from this, the couch and dining chairs were filthy - GROSS STAINS everywhere. The rooms were ok, but one of them you could barely walk around the bed, super tiny. And of course, no bedside/lamp. We tried using the iron - didn't work. And after your reservation starts, they never answer your messages through Whassap - which is the only way to communicate with them. We wanted to do early check in, no reply. Then tried late check out (and we would have paid), again, no reply. And... THE NOISE! the location is pretty convenient to go to other neighborhoods, but it's right in the center of a major street and the noise is deafening. We had to sleep all nights with earplugs. I'd pay a bit more and stay somewhere else with better reviews. Definitely not coming back!

First, three good things: 1. The location at Casa Wynwood is truly unbeatable. It’s right by some of the best restaurants/bars in the city. I can’t say enough good things about the walkability. 2. The common spaces in the house are badass and so beautiful. Amazing artwork and incredibly curated. 3. Communication is also pretty good. They always got back to me on WhatsApp in a pretty timely manner. Now, the reason I gave it two stars: We paid nearly 400/night for three nights for a place that has NO a/c, no windows to the outdoors, and a shower that barely drained and has what looked to be black mold. None of these facts are listed on their website which I believe is very necessary considering you are basically staying in a green house in 85 degree weather and we roasted during the day and dripped of sweat at night. We were so uncomfortable and desperate for airflow that we slept with the door to our room open and didn’t even care if someone walked by. I asked the hotel about this and how it was sort of deceptive to list a place for so much without a/c and they said they “don’t list a/c in their amenities” which feels like a cop out considering the price and just how hot it gets in Mexico City. I don’t look for “no bugs” in amenities but I assume that’s the case at a certain price point. They offered up two more fans which sort of helped with airflow our 2nd and 3rd nights but not a real fix. Also, they said they were getting a/c the next month which really didn’t help us at all, lol. As for the shower? I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I really wanted to love this place but the issues above left me pretty frustrated. I sadly won’t stay at Casa Wynwood again. My advice to the hotel: make the NO a/c thing clear on the website. Especially for a room with no balcony to the outdoors. Also fix your shower asap, both the drainage issue and the mold.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
