The place is a small hotel in a quiet place yet in the middle of Providencia. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. We are coming back.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, pretty much what you pay for. Service is good and they bake fresh croissants (medialunas) in the morning (when available). Back yard and front yard equipped with chairs and tables as well as the shared living space with sofa and large format tv. Located in a safe neighborhood in a street with a wide choice of restaurants and bars, just 5min away from metro station Pedro Montt. Yet quiet at night. Bathrooms could use an update but they do the job.

Excellent customer service! They're beyond kind and hospitable and go out of their way to fulfill your requests. The breakfast is complete and good. The rooms are not very big but they're definitely comfortable, the best part of all is the showers but the worst and probable only bad thing is the soap, it is the worst soap I have ever used in a hotel anywhere. It would be nice if the hotel would invest just a bit more in that department other than that, everything is great

The location of the hotel is good and the price was also quite accesible. It gets quite noise at night because of the nearby bars. We had a major issue with some sort of lice infestation in our room. The personnel didn’t really do anything about it. When we checked out, the administrator of the hotel cancelled our reservation via booking so that we couldn’t leave a negative review on the website. Quite dishonest attitude, I think. I wouldn’t recommend the place…

Very nice neighbourhood, nice building and comfortable large room and bed. Staff generally friendly, nice family atmosphere. Great restaurants all around. Breakfast was varied but not tasty. Overall very pleased and will want to come back.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
