Room is comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Security is an issue. Access to the Villa is by the door of "Jack's restaurant" which isn't manned at night. At the other end of the courtyard is a gate leading to another street, also not manned. My bathroom window could not be locked and from the noise I think opens onto another street. I didnt feel confident that I or my belongings were really safe. Pity, because the rest is good.

The location is great! It's off the main streets but also 1 minute walk from it. The worst part is that the place is not functioning. There are around 8 people working at a given time but 0 clients in the restaurant. There is apparently a "Manager" someone calls every time they don't understand what you want ( which is 95% of the time ), but this doesn't help either. I was billed 50k dong for a bottle of water we took to the room one night, fifty thousand dong for a bottle of water. FIFTY. Anyway, keep looking.

Wonderfull Room to spend some time in the city. Very good location,very helpfull and kind staff, incredible Room, very clean and well decorated. Nice bar where you can have breakfast and meals.
