We loved this place. The hosts were absolutely the best! The first night we got there a little late because of delays & the ride up on our hosts van was a little..scary, I'm not gonna lie. It was not for the faint of heart. The ride up the mountain is, at first ride, almost frightening, but never, he knows what he's doing & each ride there after becomes less frightening. The view makes up for anything I will say. The apartment are quite spacious & quaint. The mattresses were a bit hard for my liking would be my only complaint. The breakfast served out on a beautiful pergola encased veranda with a spectacular view of Sorrento was perfect. Coffee to order, some large sweet rolls with a powdered sugar sprinkle & toasted sliced buttered bread, a large plate of sliced Italian tomatoes drizzled in oil, fresh mango juice, yogurt. It was simply a perfect relaxing start to the day that was served by the hosts wife who was equally as pleasant as he. He shuttles you to town & you call when you want to come back & he'll come get you. It was one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you!

Such a beautifull place away from the hustle and bustle of the town. My daughter and I loved the stay. So quiet with majestic views of the town and Naples. Defo recommend staying here. Yes the location is high up buts it’s all worth it. The host helps pick up and drop off into town everyday. Also helped book out trips to Capri and Amalfi Coast.

Gianluigi was an extremely friendly and accommodating host. View from the property spectacular and breakfast on the terrace really pleasant. As others have said it’s a very steep walk up to the hotel (around 200m ascent for 1.5 miles). This was fine with us but when booking bear in mind that although Gianluigi offers a shuttle service, it is not an 24/7 on-demand service (and nor should it be!) Only other point to make is no air conditioning in rooms. Otherwise though, great stay!

Italy was our first holiday away together aboard as a couple as covid stopped us from travelling aboard. This was our first Italian experience together and it was fantastic! The Casarufolo Paradise is up in the mountain which we didn't know until we got there but from the start Gian Luigi was so welcoming and friendly taking us up and down the mountain. In the end there were some points of our holiday where we wanted to come back late or during the day so we ended up walking up to the hotel three times! We like a challenge and it didn't hinder our experience. We would highly recommend Casarufolo Paradise, we think it has one of the best views of Sorrento too!

A superb place to stay and contemplate the beauty of Sorrento! Super clean the host is great! He helped in everything we needed! The place is far can’t reach center walking but Luiji makes sure to drop you and pick you up from the center, he was always on time very friendly and helpful and most importantly the beauty of that property! I’ll definitely come back here on my next trip to Sorrento

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
