        Contrary to some other reviews, we had a much better experience. The management was very attentive and always responded immediately to requests, the apartment was very clean and the breakfast service was great. The location is perfect. Short travel distance to the airport as well as the port (can be easily done on foot). The air conditioning worked perfectly, although I deactivated it as the weather was no longer so hot. The curry smell mentioned in other reviews could indeed be perceived, but only in the stairwell and not in our apartment, so no problem. The pool was clean, at the edge the foil has discolored a bit, but the "green water" mentioned in some reviews was not be observed. The water was definitely chlorinated and clean. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend this accommodation.

        Very bad experience. Management has failed to fix issues that have been reported weeks ago. Air conditioning not working, shower is leaking and swimming pool is not maintained. Unwillingness to find resolution or cancel reservation. I definitely do not recommend any property of Casas da Baixa or StayUpon.

        Bad management and poor facilities. We got a message two days before arriving that the air conditioning is broken. We asked for fans to be provided and they said they will bring ‘an extra one’ soon (there wasnt even one in the first place). Bear in mind we had two different rooms so one fan doesnt help. So the first night we slept with the windows open as it was hot and the noise downstairs from the bar and from the traffic kept us awake. Second day arrived and after more messages one fan finally arrived and it barely worked. Worked very well as a heater but the cold air was barely functional and it was noisy so we abandoned even using it. So, more open windows and more noisy nights. You can see from another review that the air con is a problem. My guess is is that they knew it was broken long ago and just couldnt be bothered to fix it, pretending it was a recent issue. Additionally the shower leaks all over the bathroom floor and despite saying they will get their maintenance man to check it, of course no one came. The bathroom wasnt maintained due to the water creating rust/filth (see photo) Swimming pool was tragic. Full of insects and uninviting. Didnt use.

        Unfortunately this property cancelled our booking with 2 days to travelling. They left us with very little options and did not communicate to help us re-arrange a booking. Such a shame as apartment looked lovely.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
