Horror stay. Stay away at all cost from this place. We booked 6 nights and it was an absolute nightmare. It’s impossible to get any sleep because of all the noise and lack of soundproofing and the bathroom didn’t have any ventilation so our swimwear ended up getting moldy. Also no aircondition and the condition of the appartment was bad as you can see on the picture. We decided to leave after 3 nights. Stay away at all cost.

The apartment is in the heart of Lisbon. The furniture are all modern. There is a kitchen which has everything in it including a coffee machine. All utensils and cooking equipments are provided. You also have an access to a television, although I was mostly outside so I used the spacious living room for my daily floor exercises. The bathroom is well equipped with toiletries and towels. The balconies are a plus. It is just right next to the San Jorge Castle. Trams, buses and taxis are all accessible. There is a souvenir shop downstairs. A cafe and restaurant is also just at the corner. You can also leave your suitcase at the shop before check-in if you came in early and after check-out if you still have free time to roam around Lisbon before going back home.

We love our 4 nights in september there. Appartment is clean and location is good. However, it’s important to know that it is located at a high point of Lisbon, so the walk to get back to the appartment is uphill and when the public escaladors are closed this can be a good workout! There is also no A/C and it can be humid even tho there is a big fan. We found the neiborhood very calm and the appartment very quiet, contrary to some other comments.

The location in the heart of the old town is excellent, right next to one of the gates of Sao Jorge castle and many eateries-I'd highly recommend Pastelaria Santo António for breakfast for example. Since the neighborhood's streets are closed off to only essential vehicle traffic, it's wonderful to walk around.

The location is good. However, accomodation is a bit mediocre. The neighborhood is very loud at all times. So the choice will be a hot room in a loud night or a very loud night and some fresh air. The bathroom was not well ventilated and smelly. The room is big anyway

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
