        A budget place to be if you are at cairns. Rooms are good. Centrally located with a good and safe parking space. Don't expect much regarding other services. Coin Laundry is available there. No lifts on premises so you have to carry all your luggage till the second or third floor. Carry your own toiletries (except toilet paper) . They will provide you with a bath towel and a soap per person (not even shampoo). No bath mats inside the bathroom so be careful if the floor gets wet. The kitchen is well equipped. Common BBQ is by the pool. They say that they will provide beach towels, though, those were out of stock on all days we stayed there. Don't expect much beyond a clean, safe and budget stay.

        We stayed here for a few nights and would go back again. It's a budget hotel with large, spotless rooms and it's well-located. We will be back. It's close to everything in Cairns. They have security parking if you have a care. The kitchen is well-equipped if you are self-catering. I'm convinced the price difference between most hotl rooms is nt justified. This place is proof. You get a great room with quality sheets, the bathroom is good and the location is great. I only gave service an average score is because we did not need or use any service.

        Lovely place to stay, separate bedroom, shower/bathroom, modern kitchen and laundry areas. Well equipped with everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Quiet room away from building foot traffic. Lovely views of tropical treetops and bird life. Would stay there again if we got the same room [331]🙂

        Excellent location, so close to the promenade it's within walking distance, rooms where very clean, pool was lovely, the rooms do need a update but as I said very clean, plus gated parking, I would hesitate in rebooking

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
