        The air con was dirty and was not cool. We sneezed the whole time. We called for checking or change the room. The staff came to clean the filter and let us wait at 2.13AM!! Nice support but poor management. No other or alternative support provided. Parking space is limited. Not sufficient for the hotel size.

        Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms. Upon checking in, we were greeted immediately and had our luggage carried into the lobby from our cab. The front doorman also gave us a nice refreshing drink while we checked in. I felt very comfortable when I unpacked and laid down in bed. The pillows were very soft and plush, the bathrooms were nicely sized and clean. The hotel felt very modern. I'd definitely come back here in the future.

        Amazing Hotel Experience Not reviewing on Google for years . Once you stepped in , you will be greeted with great hospitality from all lobby staff , staff are super friendly & helpful , through the point from checking-in to checking out . Kinda shocked when they offered their kind assistance to walk you through the rain from your cab with umbrella , that was totally unexpected for them to do the extra miles of their services. Love their room modern design , the room was clean like new , especially the bed & pillow , it was super-comfy . When you set your foot inside the room at the end of the day after your trip , it was the best feeling ever, this is a good place for you to have a good rest. Location wise , 7-Eleven is just next door and BTS station is only 10 mins walk from the Hotel . Thanks for providing the best hotel experience for our trips to Bangkok.

        My family and I were quite disappointed with our stay as our rooms were situated near the main road. It was pretty noisy with all the traffic passing by. On top of that, we could hear people talking in the middle of the night around 2am from our rooms as there’s a pub next to the hotel. Besides, someone keeps banging their rooms door. It was so intense that the wall was vibrating so much and we felt like the wall could collapse anytime. On a positive note, the bathroom was quite spacious. However, there was only 1 hook on the wall for hanging clothes which felt insufficient. We find that the hotel is generally overrated based on the reviews given and we believe some improvements in room facilities are needed in order to justify the ratings.

        Super nice and friendly stuff, the rooms are clean and pretty, beautiful pool with perfect temperature and very good food. I really recommend this hotel!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
